Dudley - William "Bill" Stanley, Jr., 70, of 112 Southbridge Rd., died peacefully February 9 at his home. He leaves his wife of 50 years, Joan(Paquette) Stanley.
Two sons: William Stanley III of SC and James B. Stanley of Fiskdale.
Two daughters: Donna Evanski of Dudley and Kim Kingsbury and her husband Mike of Killingly, CT Three brothers: Leonard Stanley of CT, Richard Stanley of RI, Ronnie Stanley of Webster.
Three sisters: Marjorie Maple of FL, Jane Davis of Oxford and Barbara Stanley of Dudley.
6 loving grandchildren. 2 precious great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews .
Predeceased by 2 brothers Henry and John Stanley
He was born in Worcester son of the late William and Jenny (Hicks) Stanley and has lived here for 40 years. Bill worked 60 years and started seal coating and paving at the age of 10 and until his illness. He enjoyed trucks and his work but most of all love of his family .
His funeral will be held Wednesday FEB .13 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave. with a Mass at 11AM in St. Anthony Of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Rd., Dudley. Burial will follow in Waldron Cemetery, Dudley. Calling hours are on Tuesday FEB. 12 from 5 to 8 PM . www.bartelfuneralhome.com
