Webster - Viola (Roberge) Olmstead, 92, formerly of Morris St., died Wednesday, March 26 in Webster Manor, Webster, after a long illness. Her husband Robert Olmstead died in 1972 .
She leaves her one daughter: Theresa Duby of North Grosvenordale, CT
Three sons: Paul Olmstead of Putnam, CT, Lucien Olmstead of Webster and Norman Olmstead of Webster . 4 grandchildren and a great granddaughter . She also leaves a step-son, Robert A. Olmstead of California and his six children and their families.
She was born in North Grosvenordale, CT, the daughter of the late William and the late Malvina (Guimond) Roberge. She was a former communicant of St. Joseph Church .She worked many years as a winder at the Angelo Fabrics in Webster.
Viola's memorial Mass will be PRIVATE in St. Joseph Church, 18 Main St., North Grosvenordale CT. burial of her cremains will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, North Grosvenordale Ct. Please omit flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's support network p.o. box 839 Southbridge Ma. 01550 . There are no calling hours. Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel 33 Schofield Ave. Dudley is directing her arrangements.
