Dudley - Muriel Szczepanski, 79, formerly of West Main St, died Friday, April 18 in Lanessa Extended Care, Webster. Her husband of 55 years, Norman Szczepanski died in 2005.
She leaves two sons: David Szczepanski of Dudley, Norman Szczepanski of Benecia, CA
one daughter: Lorna Katz of Indianapolis . two sisters: Doris Kopacz, Dorothy Ciabszewski
8 grandchildren Meredith, Abby and Adam Katz . Sara ,Kelly, Matthew Szczepanski and Nicole and Kayla Szczepanski. Predeceased by sister, Norma Goddard
She was born in Beverly, Ma. the daughter of the late Robert and Elsie (Rohr) Thompson. She lived in Dudley some seventy years and a year at the Lodge at Eddy Pond in Auburn. Muriel was a member of St. Andrew Bobola Church.
Her funeral will be held Monday April 21 with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church 54 West Main St. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours will be Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley.Her online guest book@www.bartelfuneralhome.com
