Obituary of Joseph Rodio

Webster - Joseph Rodio, Jr., 66, of 3 Rodio Dr., died Thursday, April 24 at his home after a long illness. He leaves his wife of 40 years, Rosemarie (DiLiddo) Rodio. one son: Joseph Rodio and his wife Susan of Ludlow. one daughter: Ellen Therrien and her husband Curt of Dudley. Four grandchildren, Elizabeth and Matthew Rodio and Cameron and Brayden Therrien. He was born in Webster, MA, the son of the late Joseph J. and Helen (Menzone) Rodio. He served in the National Guard. He worked and enjoyed the past 10 years as a Job Coach for Life Skills in Webster. Mr. Rodio was a member of St. Louis Church .Joe loved riding his motorcycle and walking. His family was his pride and joy . He loved spending time with family and especially his grandchildren . He was a giving and loving person with a special wit. His funeral will be held Saturday April 26 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, 14 Lake St., Webster. After cremation interment will be at a later date. Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday from 6 to 9 PM . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society 7 Oak St. Worcester Ma. 01609 or to Life Skills 44 Morris St. Webster Ma. 01570 for his clients at the Workshop.
