North Grosvenordale - Philip J. Halloran, 90, of 110 Main St., died Tuesday, June 23, 2009 in Oakwood Rehabilitation And Nursing Center, Webster, MA.
He Leaves two sons: James R. Halloran of Webster, MA and David R. Halloran and his wife Helen of Dudley, MA one daughter: Phyllis wife of Eugene Young Sr. of North Grosvenordale, CT
Seven; grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews
Predeceased by Grandson, Jimmy Halloran
He was born in Bath, Maine, the son of the late John and the late Mary (McAdams) Halloran. He lived 20 years in Webster and about 25 years in New London where he worked as a Welder at Electric Boat and returned to Webster to be close to his family in 2000. He was the last of seven children.
Funeral services were private in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Worcester Rd, Webster Ma.01570. Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel 33 Schofield Ave. Dudley Ma. assisted the family .
