Webster - Jessie C Jacob, 108, the towns oldest resident formerly of Stephen Dr., died Wednesday, August 4 ,2010 in Webster Manor . Her husband of 64 years, Alfred Jacob died in 1998 She leaves two daughters: Lorraine LaFountain and her husband Henry of Webster . Madeline Wheeler and her husband James of Webster. Her pride and joy her 5 grandchildren 10 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews, predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She was born in Southbridge, MA, the daughter of the late Zenon and Alida (Perreault) LaLiberte. She worked in the Jacobs Store and Grey Den both in Webster . Mrs. Jacob was the oldest member of Sacred Heart Of Jesus Church and the Ladies of St. Anne. Jesse was a devoted wife ,mother and grandmother. She loved her grandchildren and her caregivers at Webster Manor. Her funeral will be held Saturday from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel with a Mass at 10 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St., Webster. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Webster.
