Dear Elaine and Annemarie,
I extend my deepest condolences to you and your families on the loss of your mom. Although it has been many years ....I will always remember her smile and her kindness to me.
Unfortunately, I am unable to convey these thoughts in person but I want you to know how deeply I feel on your loss and that it was a privilege for me to have met and to have known your mom.
