Obituary of Mary C. LaPierre

Webster - Mary C. LaPierre, 91, of Pinehurst Dr., died Saturday, March 29,2014 at St. Francis Medical Center, Midlothian, VA. ,after a period of declining health. Her husband of 33 years, J. Bernard LaPierre died in 1977. She leaves A daughter: Carol Lenti and her husband David of Midlothian, VA , and a daughter-in-law, Patricia LaPierre, of Madison, CT. Five grandchildren, Christopher La Pierre of Philadelphia, PA ;Katherine Cummings and her husband James of Madison, CT; Beth Hall and her husband Kevin of Shreveport , LA; Sarah Lenti of Denver, CO; and Leighann Lenti of Santa Fe, NM; Four great grandchildren Austin , Nathan, Madeleine and Lucy. Predeceased by her son, Dr. Rene LaPierre formerly of Guilford, CT. three brothers Raymond ,Andrew and John Neslusan. and a sister, Ann Buksar. She was born in East Douglas, MA, the daughter of the late Adam and the late Anna (Bombara) Neslusan. Mary lived in Webster for over 70 years before moving to Midlothian in July to be close to her family. She enjoyed being a homemaker and was active with AARP and volunteered at local nursing homes. Mrs. LaPierre was a member of Sacred Heart Of Jesus Parish and the Ladies of St. Anne. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday April 7, 2014, at 11 AM in Sacred Heart Of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St., Webster. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Of Jesus Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 7 from 9 :30AM to 10 :30 AM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley, MA.
