Patsy is also survived by her brothers Michael (Deborah) of Methuen, MA, and Robert (Michelle) of Charlton, MA, in addition to many nieces and nephews. Patsy was predeceased by her sister, Ruby Tourtellotte in 2013. Patsy was born on September 10, 1948 in Waterville, Maine, the daughter of the late Harold E. Errington and Theo B. Stevens. Patsy graduated from Westborough High School in 1966. While attending high school, Patsy worked as a printing press operator at the Chase Paper Company where she met her future husband, Ray, Chase's long time accountant. Patsy was an accomplished home chef having learned how to feed a large crowd delicious food on a tight budget. Patsy passed on her culinary skills to many of her children and grandchildren and she loved to receive phone calls with inquiries for her recipes. Patsy was an avid reader, enjoyed playing pool, darts, Scrabble, and Trivial Pursuit. Patsy loved traveling, trips to the casino with Ray and their friend Kathy, and spending time at the ocean, especially sailing in Camden, Maine with Ray, her brother Mike, and sister-in-law Deb. Patsy's favorite pastime was spending time with her husband and their children where the family would play guitars and sing their favorite songs. Patsy's great sense of humor, the joy she found in getting to know people and her "momisms" will be missed most of all. Memorial Services will be private with the assistance of Bartel Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org in memory of her sister, Ruby. www.bartelfuneralhome.com
