Webster - Regina( Kokocinski)Zalewski, 80, of 9 Wakefield St., died peacefully Wednesday Oct.25 in Hubbard Regional Hospital . Her husband of 47 years Frank Zalewski died in 1999.
She leaves one son: Michael Zalewski and his wife Phyllis-Ann of Webster, one brother: Edward Kokocinski of Webster. Loving Grandmother to five grandchildren Dawn and Danielle Cabral and Brian,Audrey and Daniel Zalewski and two great grandchildren Ethan and Alysha .
Predeceased by her daughter, Maryanne Cabral and a sister, Anna Klatecki.
She was born in Webster the daughter of the late Joseph and Leocadia (Stodolaka) Kokocinski. In the 50's she worked as a medical secretary at the Ft. Devens. Regina was a lifelong devoted communicant
of St. Joseph Basilica .
Her funeral will be held Saturday Oct.28 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Avenue, Dudley with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster.
