Worcester -Jacques Arthur Leveille, age 72, of Worcester died Wednesday March 2, 2016 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center -University Campus of Worcester, MA. Jacques was born Quebec he is the son of the late Moise F and the late Aurore B (Chauvin) Leveille. He had married. He was employed by Dextor Paper Company in Windsor Locks up until 1992 and was employed there for 17 years.
He is survived by two daughters: Shelia Bousquet of Feeding Hills, MA, Tammy Storm of Reedsville WI. He was a grandfather of three children Elizabeth Bousquet, Madison Storm, and Matthew Storm. Brother of two sisters: Rita Kotarba of Dudley and Germain Domiano of Worcester, MA and two brothers: Armand L Leveille of Windsor Locks CT and Andre Leveille of Webster. His former wife Nancy Burlingame. Predeceased by his sister, Jacqueline Lavoie.
