Obituary of Rita T. Blair

DUDLEY-Rita T. Blair, 88, died Thursday, May 26, 2016 .Rita was born in Webster, MA. She is the daughter of the late Albert and the late Antonia (Suss) Mozdzierz. Predeceased by her Husband, Raymond Blair. She was the loving mother of two daughters: Judith A. Thomas and her husband David of Middleborough , MA, and Pamela Barre of Mississippi. The cherished grandmother of Gregory Thomas and his wife Jennifer of Middleborough ,MA and Patrick Thomas and his wife Lauren of Wilmington,MA and the gentle great grandmother of Emily ,Keegan, Julianna, Natalie, Hayden and Bridgette. She also leaves her sister and best friend Theresa Zagamacz. She's predeceased by her siblings Rose, Emily, Gertrude, Isabel, Sophie ,Thomas ,Josephine and Robert. Rita was a communicant of St. Andrew Bobola Church and a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality. She lived many years on Lakeside Drive. in Dudley before moving in 2010 to Middleborough to be close to her family whom she loved dearly. She Enjoyed bingo ,cards and was a devoted Patriot and Red Sox Fan. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 31 at St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will be in St.Joseph Garden Of Peace, Webster . Calling hours will be Tuesday morning from 9 :30AM to 10 :30 AM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley, MA.
