Obituary of Ronald C Winslow

Ronald C Winslow, age 76, of Dudley died peacefully Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at his home in Dudley. Ronald was born November 15, 1943 in Florence. He is the son of the late Charles and the late Helen (Mandrick) Winslow . He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lorraine Canon, one daughter: Helene Boldt of Suffield, CT and one son: Michael Winslow of Lowell. He also has one Grandson, Ethan Boldt. He graduated from Wentworth Institute and lived in Dudley for many years. He was employed by the Norton Company in Worcester as a Draftsman. He also worked at Shepherd Hill Regional High School as a Security Guard. Ron was a ham radio operator for many years, his handle was WA1ZXD and later adopted his father's call sign W1PLH..Ron was motorcycle and car enthusiast. A private graveside service will be held at later date at St. Peter And Paul Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Mountain St., Northampton. Memorial Calling hours will be Monday, January 20 from 11 AM-1 PM at Bartel Funeral Home and Chapel 33 Schofield Avenue, Dudley, with a Prayer Service at 1 PM In lieu of flowers donations may be made to PKD Foundation
