I just today learned of Ricks passing tow years ago. I met Rick as a freshman at Keene State in ‘84. We lived on the same floor in Carle Hall. While we never became close, I recall seeing him throughout my 4 years there, and was always a genuine, friendly guy. I remember the first few weeks of our freshman year, I was quite out of sorts being the shy introvert I was. I remember well Rick taking time to help me acclimate to living on in the dorm. It was like he had been there for years and made me feel more comfortable with his friendship when others could have cared less about me. All these memories I have read here sound just like the Rick I knew. My heart goes out to his family. You are lucky to have Rick in your lives.

Great memories of Rick at Worcester Academy sports camp in the mid to late 70’s and at St. Peter- Marian. Rick’s positive spirit day in and day out was special to be around. It was special to watch him grow along with his cousins, Bobby and Sean, during those formidable years. Godspeed Rick until we meet again. Prayers for all the Foley’s during this tough time. Prayers and condolences to the Foley family. I worked with Rick for almost 20 years at Commerce. Rick was genuine and an all together great guy. I remember his infectious laugh and great demeanor. You will be missed Rick God bless

What a shocking revelation that makes us all so sad. Any time I had with Rick was always well spent. I always thought so highly of him as a husband and father. In many ways Rick was who I wanted to be. Life is so unfair sometimes and even cruel. I am so sorry for your loss Beth and Pat.
