To Kathy's Family,
Kathy was a wonderful person. I had worked with her on various hospital initiatives, committees, unit-based projects, and other activities. She was always available while being dedicated, caring, compassionate, honest, witty, and supportive. Kathy was one of a kind. I was very fortunate to have had her in my life. She will be missed a lot!
